RefundsOur policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Different types of goods are exempt from returning. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. Furthermore, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some items for health and personal care
To complete the return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes or open vinyl records
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we have received and inspected the return, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
If you are approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified number of days.
Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven't received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items can be refunded, unfortunately items for sale cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We replace items only if defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info @fitpaddy.com
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, you will be sent a gift certificate.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or if the gift giver shipped the order to himself for later delivery, we will send a refund to the donor and he will find out your return.
To return the product, it is necessary to send an email to: info @fitpaddy.com and ship the product on site.
You will be responsible for the payment and your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you can vary.
If you purchased an item over 75 €, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
